The 2015 Met Gala took place on Monday night in New York City. More than 500 Academy Award winning actors, designers, singers, entertainers and head Hollywood and business honchos were in attendance for what some call ‘fashion’s biggest night’. While everyone looked stunning as they posed on the red carpet, Black women came out to slay this year.

Jourdan Dunn, Gabrielle Union, Rihanna and of course Queen Bey were among the stars who graced the 150-yard red carpet as they made their way into the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Of course, social media was ablaze last night as users were quick to share photos of their favorite stars as they made their grand arrivals to the special event.
