Ava DuVernay, the first black woman to be nominated for a Best Picture Oscar for Selma, was recently turned in to a Barbie doll by Mattel which went on sale on Monday. Reportedly that $65 doll sold out within 20 minutes of going on sale.

All proceeds for DuVernay’s Barbie will go to the nonprofit organizations Witness and Color of Change, which raise awareness about police brutality and systemic injustice.
The dreds, the turtleneck, the sneaks, the chair?! What is not to love about this doll. Currently you can buy the doll via Ebay for around $350.
