Hillary Clinton’s campaign just got the help of an African American advertising and media firm.

Burrell Communications, based in L.A. and Chicago, is owned by McGhee Williams Osse and Faye Ferguson — two African-American women with a lot of experience in both advertising and marketing. The firm has created campaigns for McDonald’s, American Airlines, General Mills and even Toyota.

These aren’t the only African American team members working for Clinton, but they are focused on a very important area in Clinton moving forward in the first primary.

This team will specialize in targeting black voters and what they’re concerned with. Black women had the highest voter turnout of any voters (ages 18-29) in 2012, so it’s no wonder as to why Clinton is hoping to secure the black vote.

On the Burrell Communications website, the team states:

“We choose to be an agency that specializes in the African-American market. This is our DNA – our passion… and we believe that we are responsible to the community to whom we speak – the African-American community; our community,”
