DaniLeigh, Romeo Miller, Skyh Black, Elise Neal and Tamar Braxton are ready to ring in the Christmas spirit with a new poster and images from their upcoming BET+ holiday film Christmas Angel. The film marks the continued partnership with the streaming service and director LazRael Lison.

Christmas Angel will anchor BET and BET+’s two-month-long holiday season programming block. The film not only reunites Lison back with BET+, but it also reunites Lison with Miller, who starred in Lison’s 2022 holiday BET Networks film, A Miracle Before Christmas.

In Christmas Angel, DaniLeigh plays Angel St. James, a singer who is faking the funk about living a charmed life. But, the holiday season brings her in contact with someone who will change her life. According to the description:

In the feel-good music-driven love story about romance and forgiveness, DaniLeigh plays Angel St. James. This troubled R&B megastar is the face of every major magazine and news outlet. However, when her fake happiness peaks, she’s forced to face her reality. While driving to get away for a few days, her car breaks down on a desolate road. A simple stranger (Black) offers to help fix her car. She decides to step out on faith and enjoy Christmas with this random stranger and his 8-year-old daughter. She discovers the magic of Christmas, love, and the family she always wanted.

Lison and Tatiana Chekova produce the film via their company Summer House Pictures in partnership with BET. John Baldasare and Devin Griffin executive produce.
