Wednesday night on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Fallon gave a few folks the surprise of a lifetime.
Following a video of celebrities praising President Obama in a goodbye video, Fallon asked everyday Americans to stand in front of a portrait of the First Lady and share what the First Lady means to them. What they didn't know was that she was standing on the other side of the portrait.

The stories differed as to why they admire her, from how she inspired one woman to realize that her race doesn't define who she is, to how she inspired one man's daughter to try kale! She even got one woman to get moving and start to take her health seriously. The one thing that didn't differ amongst them was the sheer excitement, joy and shock they all experienced when they saw her come from behind her portrait.
FLOTUS was a great sport, she gave us another round of her doing the dougie and even cracked a few jokes.
