The new iOS update will be coming soon. Just like the other updates, it’s something to get excited about. Apple is introducing the Night Shift feature, which will help to improve the sleeping habits of iPhone users. Using the GPS and the internal clock, your device will now have the capability to adjust the color balance once the sun has set. Your device will shift to warmer colors like oranges and reds instead of the bright white and blues we’re used to.

In a recent press release, Apple stated “Many studies have shown that exposure to bright blue light in the evening can affect your circadian rhythms and make it harder to fall asleep.” The feature is perfect for those of us who love to utilize our devices at night. Instead of keeping us awake, shifting to the new feature will help improve our sleeping habits.
