Michael B. Jordan wants y’all to stop harassing Chadwick Boseman.

Jordan joked about Boseman’s lack of enthusiasm for the Wakandan salute during his “Best Villain” acceptance speech at the MTV Movie & TV Awards.

"Chadwick Boseman, he personally asked me to ask y'all to stop asking him to say 'Wakanda Forever' out on the streets," Jordan said. "Y'all taking this forever thing a little too seriously."

The Creed star might be on to something because Boseman admitted fans could take the salute a bit too far during an interview with Stephen Colbert.

"They see me coming," Boseman said in May. "So like whereas before you might recognize me 10 feet away, now it's like you're all the way down the street and they're like, 'That's him, I know it's him!' And they're chasing you. Or you're even driving in your car and people are chasing you if they notice you. People have followed me just to do [the salute.]”

And who could forget the memes

Y’all, leave him alone. It's "Wakanda Forever" not "Wakanda whenever, wherever!"
