Don’t call it a comeback! Steph Curry is back and he’s better! The Warriors guard had been out for two weeks with a sprained MCL. It was only revealed few hours before tipoff time that Curry would even play.

The beginning of his return wasn’t all fun and games. He missed his first nine 3-point shot attempts, including a shot which would have won the game.

Then, the game went into overtime, and Steph literally went into overtime. He scored 17 points in OT, breaking a NBA record.

Let’s make this clear —  it wasn’t even known how long he would play last night, and he scored 40 points on just 32 shots in the 132-125 win over the Portland Trail Blazers, after they were down by double digits.

Twitter couldn’t believe it! The Warriors’ Twitter account tweeted #StephGonnaSteph that the trend took off.

Chef Curry even had the Trail Blazers’ owner, Paul Allen, in complete and utter shock!

Of course, Mr. Allen had to get the both the Crying Jordan and Mr. Krabs meme treatment.

Since playoff games have been running late, many were upset that they had to wake up to hear the news!

..and everyone who stayed up pretty much can’t deal right now.

If you didn’t think you should be watching the NBA playoffs before, well now you know!
