SZA has gone through a series of unfortunate events this year. In addition to having a very bad day at Coachella, the singer recently announced her voice may be "permanently injured."

According to Complex, TDE's president Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith recently announced he had to remove SZA from the Championship Tour. Following the announcement, SZA took to Instagram to further explain the situation.

“If I don’t pause now, I’ll be forced to pause permanently,” the singer had written, noting her usual steroid treatments weren't helping her vocal chords.

In a series of now-deleted tweets, the "Ctrl" singer then lamented about a "test," which confirmed she has permanently damaged her voice. She requested to be "left alone" because she "needed space."

Of course, her messages had fans worried about the future of her career, and whether they'd be able to see her perform ever again.

Top Dawg responded to a worried SZA fan who tweeted they were praying for her healing and recovery.

The label president responded to the fan with, "Thank you … I will get her with the best doctors and she will be fine …"

The Championship Tour will end on June 16.

We're wishing SZA well on her road to recovery!
