Governor Rick Snyder and various officials responsible for the water crisis in Flint, Michigan are facing the heat Thursday. The Congressional Oversight Committee has convened to bring some sense of justice to this issue, which has rocked the nation. Governor Snyder and the EPA are no doubt going blow for blow, but the failure of this government is evident.

Rep. Cartwright let Gov. Snyder have it.

It’s about holding the government accountable.

It’s a little too late for most of this rhetoric given the damages already incurred.

Gov. Snyder says there should have been more done, but says more people are responsible too.

Be on the side of the residents.

This was the third hearing on the Flint Water Crisis. Governor Snyder has lost considerable credibility in his state and the public response continues to be louder and more effective than the government’s.

Governor Snyder wanted folks to hear him out

But to no real avail.
