If you’re a fan of wineries, the lack of diverse representation in the wine industry can be extremely frustrating. Luckily some minority winemakers are hoping to share their stories and provide representation.

Bertony Faustin is the proprietor of Abbey Creek Vineyard in North Plains and also the first recorded black winemaker in Oregon. Faustin started working on Red, White & Black, a documentary that hopes to identify and tell the stories of minority winemakers in the state.

The documentary plans to cover the hardships, accomplishments and everything in between of being a person of color or LGBT person in the industry. Check out the pitch video for the film below.
