Tyrone Magnus is an actor and content creator on Youtube. His claim to fame is the viral reaction videos he posts on his channel. But if you’re a fan of Magnus, you know his ambitions are much higher. His dreams of playing a superhero have not been secret. And they just might be coming true.

Vengeance follows Magnus as main character Derrick Chambers, a blue-collar guy trying to make ends meet. Chambers gets looped in with the wrong people on a job, and he makes a heroic decision that he pays the price for. But even in his misfortune, there’s a silver lining – super powers. And the only thing that’s on his mind is settling the score.
I’m a huge Magnus fan, so seeing him get his chance is inspiring. And after talking to writer/director Michael Matteo Rossi, I can safely say that this show is worth it. The blerd community has been asking for original heroes. And with Vengeance, we could be getting just that. The show is still in development and hasn’t found a home yet, but everyone involved is excited and studios are definitely paying attention. With a fanbase as strong as Tyrone’s it’s impossible to ignore the potential of this series.
The best thing we can do as fans of the superhero genre is to support projects like this. Watch and share the trailer with other enthusiasts that want to see more black heroes on screen.
