Viola Davis took home the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series on Sunday during the 67th Annual Emmy awards. Her role as Annalise on How to Get Away with Murder is a dynamic one, and to see her walk away with the win and shout out women of color who paved the way for her and others to do so was moving and heart-warming.
But what’s even more touching is the adorable video Davis’ daughter, Genesis, posted to Instagram.
