A group of white supremacists fired into a crowd of Black Lives Matter activists protesting the killing of Jamar Clark by police. The gunmen opened fire around 10:45 p.m. Monday at the city’s Fourth Precinct, reported the Star Tribune.

“A group of white supremacists showed up at the protest, as they have done most nights,” said Miski Noor, a Black Lives Matter activist.

According to police all victims were treated for non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Three of the victims were taken to North Memorial Medical Center by a private vehicle, and two others were transported by ambulance to the Hennepin County Medical Center, according to the police statement.

Ms. Noor said one of the victims was shot in the stomach and underwent surgery early Tuesday.
