A&E’s latest reality show, Fit to Fat to Fit is you guessed it, a weight loss show. But the hook isn’t exactly about a slim down. Personal trainers agree to practically destroy their ripped bodies for the sake of better servicing their clients.
Fitness guru, Adonis Hill is featured in episode three of the new series, however his story is a bit different from the others. He was once morbidly obese. After a bout with depression, he tipped the scales at 310 pounds. It all started with him taking a walk. Cleaning up his diet and kicking his workouts into high gear, transformed his body for a 100 pound weight loss. His renewed outlook on food consumption and exercise, led to him creating a health movement and opening BodybyAdonis.
Then he met Alissa.
He packed on 70 pounds.
And she stuck it out.
Together, they held up their ends of the bargain.
He dropped 57 pounds and she shed 58. And this is only the beginning for Adonis and his fitness revolution. He has an active GoFundMe for “Adonis Moves America” to “increase walking by working together to increase access to safe and convenient places to walk and wheelchair roll, and create a culture that supports walking for Americans of all ages and abilities.”
