Getting through a breakup can be one of the hardest things to do. Especially from a long-term relationship. But what has helped me through my rough patches are those films about women who can relate to my problems. Here's my list of 10 must-see movies to help make things better when you're going through the struggle:

1. Waiting to Exhale

Not only is it a joy to watch Angela Bassett burn her ex-husband's belongings but the film mostly teaches you that getting through these hard times would be even worse without your girls around. As long as they're there to go through it with you, you'll be fine
