Outdoor Exercises 1 : Bench Dips

Keep elbows as close as possible and forearms should always be pointing down. Using your triceps, bring your torso back to your starting position. Try and knock out 3 sets of 10.

Outdoor Exercises 2 : Knee Highs (Stairs)

Bleachers.  Whatever you want to call it,  keep your knees above 90 degrees when doing them. It’ll work out your quads and hamstrings at the same time. It’s like killing two birds with 1 stone. Outdoor Exercises 3 : Scaffold Pull Ups

[stag_image style="no-filter" src="http://legacy.blavity.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/outdoor_exercise_11-1024x683.jpg" alignment="none" url="http://bit.ly/jpeg_running"] [stag_image style="no-filter" src="http://legacy.blavity.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/outdoor_exercise_12-1024x683.jpg" alignment="none" url="http://bit.ly/jpeg_running"] Scaffolding is everywhere in the city so there are no excuses! Hop up there and do as many as possible. Keep those ankles wrapped around each other at the same time.

Outdoor Exercises 4 : Court Sprints

[stag_image style="no-filter" src="http://legacy.blavity.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/outdoor_exercise_13-1024x683.jpg" alignment="none" url="http://bit.ly/jpeg_running"] [stag_image style="no-filter" src="http://legacy.blavity.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/outdoor_exercise_14-1024x683.jpg" alignment="none" url="http://bit.ly/jpeg_running"] The width of a basketball court is 50 Feet. With 4 sides to 1 court, running 26.4 laps around the court equals to 1 mile. Not too bad if you find a basketball cage in the shade like we did. Or, do some old fashion court suicides. Here’s a visual for you in case you don’t recall : Suicide Drills [stag_image style="no-filter" src="http://legacy.blavity.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/outdoor_exercise_15-1024x683.jpg" alignment="none" url="http://bit.ly/jpeg_running"] [stag_image style="no-filter" src="http://legacy.blavity.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/court-1024x1024.jpg" alignment="none" url="http://bit.ly/jpeg_running"]
