An interesting piece, Cardi has a hand gesture tatted behind her ear accompanied by a red star. While the gesture technically means "I love you" in American Sign Language, that doesn't necessarily mean that's what's being communicated, given the red star alongside it and Cardi's alleged affiliation with the Bloods.
