Five-year-old Nigerian beauty Jare Ijalana has been named the world's “most beautiful girl."
After being photographed by Mofe Bamuyiwa, photos of Jare went viral, accumulating thousands of likes and hundreds of comments praising the young one's beauty.
To ensure the photos maintain a timeless effect, Bamuyiwa wrote in his photo caption that he intentionally posed Jare like an adult.
“I want to portray the interception between her childhood and adulthood, so both stay timeless!” Bamuyiwa wrote. “I could have made her smile and make her laugh out loud, but I put her in their natural moments for us to see through their eyes!”
The last time a young girl was dubbed the “most beautiful girl in the world,” the title was taken by then 6-year-old Thylane Blondeau in 2010. She would go on to be published in Paris Vogue’s Vogue Enfants, People reports.
Bamuyiwa hopes Jare can experience a similar destiny.
“All I want is for everyone to see Jare’s powerful potential,” Bamuyiwa told Yahoo Lifestyle. “I want the photo to speak to her when she has reached her adulthood.”
