Dionne Warwick’s plunge into the world of Twitter has had us all rolling for weeks. Amid a tumultuous year, the legendary singer's auntie-like appeal and frankness are being gladly embraced by the Twitterverse. 

The decorated pop music legend is turning 80 in a few days, but her age has done little to stop her from quickly learning how to use the site and becoming one of its most beloved users. 

For a while, some thought maybe it was a family member who was running the account in her name. But Warwick, one of the most-charted female vocalists of all time, made sure everyone knew that it was none other than the "That's What Friends Are For" singer behind the account.While her account dates back to October 2012, it's only as of late that her antics on the site have gotten folks talking.
