The filmmaker’s goal is to raise $80,000 in the next 25 days, with just over $10,200 of it in the pot thus far, leaving just under $70,000 to go.

"Generation Soweto is a Documentary Film about Millennials in South Africa. This Project was born during my recent travels to South Africa. It explores Youth Culture through the eyes of four 18-30 year olds in both Cape Town and Johannesburg, the suburbs of Sandton to the streets of Soweto. The film is a look at current political and social climate, 20 years after the ending of Apartheid in South Africa. We explore the job market, entrepreneurship, and the rising costs of living, technology in a developing country and what gentrification means to them. Through the eyes of Four Millennials in Cape Town and Johannesburg, South Africa we will explore the Job Market, Political Unrest, Gentrification, Technology and Entrepreneurship. As Executive Producer and Director, I have been telling stories and working with Talent for the better part of 20 years. I have been fortunate enough to work on some of the most successful Television Projects with some of the biggest and best in the industry.
