Some more next season TV news for the day…

First, NBC has ordered a full season of Chicago Fire, a new action/drama from Law & Order creator Dick Wolf. The series will follow the lives of the men and women of the Chicago Fire Department, and stars Taylor Kinney, Jesse Spencer, Monica Raymund, David Eigenberg, our man Eamonn Walker and others.

No info yet on character breakdowns.

Se ondly, NBC also picked up a Jimmy Fallon-produced comedy titled Guys With Kids, which centers on a group of 30-something friends who are also all fathers. The 3 guys will be played by Jesse Bradford, Anthony Anderson, and Zach Cregger.

The cast of the pilot also will also include Tempestt Bledsoe and Jamie-Lynn Sigler. I'd guess probably as wives.

As is always the case around this time of the year, with new shows being announced, let's see which of these shows is still around a year from now after they debut.
