I suppose the bigger the character's head, the more significant their role 🙂

From the Wachowskis and Tom Tykwer comes Cloud Atlas, which opens October 26. Of the 19 reviews on its Rotten Tomatoes page (after screenings at Toronto), it's at a 74% rating, so most critics who've seen it liked it.

I wasn't at TIFF, so I haven't seen it yet; but will soon.

Based on an adaptation of David Mitchell’s epic labrynth of a novel of the same name, the film stars Tom HanksHalle BerrySusan SarandonKeith David, Jim Broadbent, Hugo Weaving, Jim Sturgess, Doona BaeBen WishawJames D’Arcy and Zhou Xun.

Its synopsis reads:

"Cloud Atlas" explores how the actions and consequences of individual lives impact one another throughout the past, the present and the future. Action, mystery and romance weave dramatically through the story as one soul is shaped from a killer into a hero and a single act of kindness ripples across centuries to inspire a revolution in the distant future.

New posted below; and underneath that you'll find 2 videos – first watch an intro to the film from the 3 filmmakers; and then watch the epic 6-minute preview – which you should've already seen; but if not…
