Gates shared that he has a passion for yoga, which falls in line with his approach to working out.

“Now when I go to the gym I go to make myself feel good,” he told The Breakfast Club hosts.

He even shared that he did yoga “before I came up here.”

Host Charlamagne that God asked him how he got into the practice before the rapper explained that he was introduced to yoga when he was in prison. He added that at first, he wasn’t receptive to it.

“You know you judge it ‘cus you don’t understand it,” he said.

But he warmed up to the idea and gave it a try. Recounting his first experience, he said his body had a quick reaction to the poses and movement.

“My first class maybe two minutes into it I had to run to the bathroom and just sh*t everything out my body,” Gates recounted.

The instructor told him, “you’re releasing everything that’s not longer serving your higher self.”

Host Angela Yee asked Gates to share his thoughts on AJ Johnson’s threesome revelation. Johnson admitted to having a threesome on Yee’s Lip Service podcast. The actress’ comments sparked controversy, and she had to appear on the show again to stand up for herself.

Of the controversy, Gates said that he wouldn’t mind having a threesome with another man. However, he noted that you can’t just have that experience with anyone.

“She got acne on her face,” he said of the women who came close to meeting his match in the bedroom. “I know this is gonna sound crazy, but a lot of women with acne on their face have good p**sy.”

“Their hormones are so imbalanced that it causes them to have congestion, so they aren’t releasing properly,” he added.

He said that once he starts being intimate with a woman with acne, her “face starts clearing up,” due to the stress relief.
