Mike Epps is "in negotiations" to return for the completely unnecessary 3rd installment of The Hangover franchise, helmed again by Todd Phillips.

Epps will reprise his role as Black Doug (a drug dealer mistaken for the group's missing friend Doug, and kidnapped, in the original film), joining original cast members Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis.

Plot details are being kept under wraps for now, although plans are to release the movie on May 24, 2013.
