I missed this one in my "New In Theaters" post earlier today…
Adam Pesce's Papua New Guniea-set surfing documentary (though it's much more than just that) Splinters. It opens at the Cinema Village in NYC and is also now available via cable On Demand. It'll expand to other cities in successive weeks (see below).
