I missed this one in my "New In Theaters" post earlier today…

Adam Pesce's Papua New Guniea-set surfing documentary (though it's much more than just that) Splinters. It opens at the Cinema Village in NYC and is also now available via cable On Demand. It'll expand to other cities in successive weeks (see below).

Beechwood ll Cinemas, Athens, GA. (Feb. 16th for one day @ 7pm and 9pm)

Back Space Theater, Durango, CO. (Feb. 17th for one week run)

Clinton Street Theater, Portland OR. (Feb. 17th, for one week.  7:00pm and 9:00pm)

Arlington Cinema n' Drafthouse, Arlington, VA.  (Feb. 24th @ 7:15pm)
