Green juices are a really quick and easy way to consume all the great nutrients that come from fruits and vegetables. Unlike a green smoothie, which usually replaces a meal, green juice are much lighter and can be enjoyed before a meal or alongside a snack. Sweet Potato Soul shares her daily green juice, a mixture of extracted liquid nutrients from ingredients such as kale, ginger and fresh herbs, just to name a few.
