Robert Bailey Jr. has joined the cast of NBC’s hour-long medical drama pilot, After Hours, which follows the lives of workers during the graveyard shift at the ER at San Antonio Medical Center.

Bailey Jr. will play a character named Paul, described as a young, eager but squeamish resident at the hospital. He joins Brendan Fehr, Freddy RodriguezJeananne Goossen, Eoin Macken and Ken Leung.

The Pilot will be written and executive produced by Gabe Sachs and Jeff Judah with Pierre Morel directing the pilot.

If the series goes to order, it looks to be the first regular role for the youngster who's been featured in episodes of shows like Detroit 1-8-7, Memphis Beat, CSI: Miami and Raising the Bar.
