Walmart’s CEO Doug McMillon issued a statement on Monday saying that, “Roz was simply trying to reiterate that we believe diverse and inclusive teams make for better business.” It’s also great to reiterate that on Sam’s Club leadership team, there are 2 black women, 4 white men, 1 black man, 1 white woman, and 1 Middle Eastern woman, so it’s not like they aren’t leading by example. But please, carry on with how Sam’s Club is oppressing the white man’s ability to buy family-value cereal and toilet paper in bulk.
