Despite the lawsuit from original Steel Magnolia producer Victoria White, things appear to be moving full steam ahead. 

The cast of this newly invisioned Steel Magnolias posed for photos at the advanced opening of the film at the Paris Theater.  Don't they look lovely?

Steel Magnolia stars: Queen Latifah, Phylicia Rashad, Alfre Woodard, Condola Rashad, and Jill Scott, Adepero Oduye, Tory Kittles, and Justin Martin.

Steel Magnolias is set to premiere Sunday, October 9th at 9pm ET on Lifetime.
