Fresh off the heels of the 61st Grammys Awards, singer and songwriter Alicia Keys has announced the release date for her upcoming autobiography.

According to HuffPost, Keys describes the work as “part autobiography, part narrative documentary."

What adds to the allure of the unreleased memoir is that it will be released through media mogul's Oprah Winfrey book imprint, An Oprah Book. More Myself will be a retelling of the "Empire State of Mind" artist's life, how she rose as a musical icon and detail her path toward self-discovery.

She shared the exciting announcement on Twitter on Wednesday.

The 15-time Grammy winner has made waves in the last few months. After her successful turn as host of the Grammys, she is re-entering the national spotlight.

Oprah knows the hitmaker is in the next phase of her career. The 65-year-old praised the partnership on Twitter.

"@Aliciakeys has navigated the spotlight and pressures of fame while retaining a humble and beautiful spirit,” the famed journalist wrote. “I am honored she chose to share her personal story #MoreMyself through my imprint.”
