Well, at least, during this episode of Saturday Night Live, we know who’ll be playing most of the black women characters written into any skits.

This Saturday, November 2, Kerry Washington will make her Saturday Night Live hosting debut. That’s right, it’ll be the very first time she’s ever hosted the late-night variety series, likely due to a surge in her popularity, thanks to the hit show she stars in, Scandal, which garnered her an Emmy Award nomination this year.

Eminem will return for his sixth appearance as musical guest, with his new album, The Marshall Mathers LP 2, set for release on November 5.

Has SNL ever spoofed Scandal? If not, I’ll be expecting one this Saturday night. 

I actually might tune in this time, if only to see what they do with Kerry and how well she performs.
