Concert season is approaching soon with big names expected to announce 2025 tours. Here’s how to sell tickets on StubHub, whether they were purchased on the site or elsewhere.
Log into your StubHub account. If you don’t already have one, go to StubHub.com and sign up. If you purchased tickets as a guest, log in with your access code.
On the homepage, use the search bar to find the event for which you want to sell tickets. Then select the correct event and date.
Click on “Sell Tickets” or a similar option. Enter the number of tickets, seat details (numbers, section, row) and delivery method (electronic, physical, mobile transfer).
If your tickets are electronic, you may need to upload the PDF file or provide transfer details.
Choose how much you want to sell your tickets for. StubHub may provide recommendations. You can set a fixed price or opt for dynamic pricing to adjust to the market.
StubHub will deduct a selling fee from your total. Keep this in mind when setting your price!
Decide how you want to be paid (e.g., direct deposit, PayPal) and enter valid payment information in your account settings.
Review all details of your listing to ensure accuracy then publish the listing. Your tickets should then appear for sale on StubHub.
Once your tickets sell, StubHub will notify you. Follow their instructions to deliver the tickets to the buyer. This might involve transferring tickets electronically or shipping them.
After the tickets are delivered and the event has passed, StubHub will release your payment. Payment processing typically takes a few business days.
Check other listings for the same event to see the going rate so you can price your tickets competitively. Ensure you enter the correct section, row and seat information.
Monitor your listing and adjust pricing as needed if your tickets aren't selling. Additionally, do not transfer tickets immediately as buyers may quickly cancel the purchase.
