This weekend's new entries – Rock of Ages, and the Adam Sandler comedy, That's My Boy – both performed way below exceptations, which allowed Madagascar 3 and Prometheus (despite the film's big B.O. drop), to both stay in the No. 1 and 2 positions this weekend.
Maybe with That's My Boy, Sandler has finally jumped the shark… Well actually he jumped the shark a long time ago, but maybe his fans have now caught on.
And did anyone REALLY want to see a big annoying karaoke musical about really bad "big hair" rock music from the 1980s?
