I really don’t know how TMZ gets close enough to Will Smith to grab this footage (dated 8/12) which they say is of him testing out the gym’s facilities, including a 20-minute MMA training session with Jamall “X Factor” Johnson; apparently, he’s on the market for a new gym in Philly. Funny, I figured he’d have one in his friggin’ house.

I guess the man likes to get out there among the regular folk from time to time.
