If you have an extra $20,000-$30,000 laying around the house you might want to use it to get Whitney Houston's "Queen of tha Night" costume (pictured above) that she famously wore in the film The Bodyguard.
That's how much the costume is expected to fetch when it goes up for auction on July 30-31 as part of the Treasures from the Hollywood Vault collection at July's Profiles in History Hollywood Collection auction which puts up famous and classic gowns and costumes from Hollywood's past for sale every month.
The costume was designed by Susan Nininger who was inspired by the character of Maria, the Maschinenmensch (machine-human), from the 1927 Fritz Lang classic sci-fi film Metropolis.
But also up for audtion as well will be Houston's custom made Fabrice Simon sequined gown which she wore at the 1988 Grammy Awards. That gown is expected to fetch somewhere around the $3,000-5000 range
