It looks like the Dora Milaje will have a presence in the latest Avengers movie, with Danai Gurira now attached to appear!

While it hasn’t been confirmed exactly who she will be portraying, Deadline is exclusively reporting that the actress, who will debut as Okoye in Black Panther, will be in Avengers: Infinity War.

Marvel is quite consistent with its castings when it comes to the merging of its superhero character worlds, as will be the case in Avengers: Infinity War, which will see the Avengers join forces with the Guardians of the Galaxy to take on Thanos. Almost every Marvel superhero who’s seen screen time (minus those in the TV series) thus far will be in this movie, including the new Spider-Man.

We already know that Chadwick Boseman (T’Challa/Black Panther) will have an integral role in the film. Also, courtesy of IMDB, the rumor mill has been spinning for a few weeks that both Winston Duke (M’baku/Man-Ape) and Letitia Wright (Shuri) would also appear in Avengers. The film database’s official Twitter account broke news earlier this month that Duke would be reprising his role in Avengers. Internet sleuths noticed that Wright’s stunt double in Black Panther is listed in the Avengers credits, suggesting she will reprise her role as well.

As for Gurira, before Black Panther‘s release in February 2018, she can be seen as Afeni Shakur in the Tupac biopic, All Eyez on Me.

Avengers: Infinity War will follow Black Panther in theaters in May 2018. Intended to be the sequel to 2012’s Marvel’s The Avengers and 2015’s Avengers: Age of Ultron, the movie is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, with a screenplay by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely, and features an ensemble cast that includes Robert Downey Jr., Josh Brolin, Mark Ruffalo, Tom Hiddleston, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Olsen, Sebastian Stan, Benedict Cumberbatch, Paul Bettany, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Benedict Wong, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Pom Klementieff, Scarlett Johansson, Benicio del Toro, Tom Holland, Anthony Mackie, Chadwick Boseman and Danai Gurira.
