I lifted the following from an interview from the latest issue of The HF Magazine, with Gabourey Sidibe.

HF: Any future projects you can tell us about?

GS: Well Tower Heist is in theaters now, I will shoot the third season of The Big C on Showtime early next year and I have another film, a cool dark comedy that I am attached to, called What’s the Matter with Margie, that I hope to start filming next year, as well.

Of course, that last project got my attention because I've never heard of it… until now. A Google search of the title returned nada! I checked her IMDB page… no mention of this title. There isn't even an IMDB page for the film itself. Unless it's under a different title.

So, I have absolutely no idea what this What’s the Matter with Margie "cool dark comedy" she mentions is all about, who the writer or director is, who else is attached, etc.

But, as has happened in the past, maybe this post will lead to an email from someone associated with the project, or someone who knows something I don't know, filling me in.

*Fingers crossed*

Gabourey can currently be seen trying to speak like a Jamaican woman for some reason in the underwhelming, underpreforming Brett Ratner-directed Tower Heist.

She also co-stars, and does a wonderful job, in Victoria Mahoney's indie drama Yelling To The Sky, which will be released during the first half of 2012.

So… uh… What's the matter with Margie?

The full interview can be found HERE, where you'll also find new photos like the one above.
