Filmmakers, you’re encouraged to stay far away from these, if you plan on making a horror movie… I think most of us will be very familiar with number 9 on the list.

As for what they missed, how about the “refrigerator door reveal,” or the “mirror scare,” or the  “no cell-phone signal” cliche.
