The Hollywood Reporter rounded up 6 hit show creators, including Lee Daniels ("Empire"), for a rather candid conversation on a variety of subjects, including their thoughts on the current buzz-word, "diversity" in the industry (both in front of and behind the camera), dealing with critics, disagreements with network executives, challenges in creating their shows, favorite moments, and more.

Daniels is joined by Beau Willimon, showrunner of Netflix’s "House of Cards," Damon Lindelof, (HBO’s "The Leftovers"), Alex Gansa (Showtime’s "Homeland"), Michelle King (CBS’ "The Good Wife"), and Sarah Treem (Showtime’s "The Affair").
