The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Mary Cosby might have left the series after failing to show up to the taping of the Season 2 reunion.

According to Variety, Bravo hasn’t commented on if Cosby will be fired or if she quit the show. Neither did Cosby’s publicist. However, Cosby has been facing growing backlash over her leadership of the Faith Temple Pentecostal Church, an organization some of her castmates have labeled as a cult. Throughout the season, Cosby was accused of stealing money from her members, bringing them to financial ruin.

Variety cites part of the season in which fellow Housewife Lisa Barlow brought her friend Cameron Williams, one of Cosby's congregants, to a party.

Williams then made negative comments about the leadership of Cosby and her husband (also her step-father). Barlow also said that Williams told her he had given Cosby $300,000 after mortgaging his house. Williams died in June of last year.

Not only has Cosby married her own stepfather and runs the church once run by her grandmother (who wanted her to marry her stepfather so she could take over leadership), but she has also said numerous racist comments on camera, including her statement of not being attracted to Black men and how her husband is lighter-skinned. She has also told castmate Jen Shah that “If I go to a 7-11 and I see Black people, I go to a different 7-11.”

Cosby has also called Mexican people “Mexican thugs” and, according to, she has spoken in racist tones about castmate Jennie Nguyen by praising her on her “yellow tones” and “slanted eyes.”
