nullSince going on leave in late August for treatment of a rare blood disease, which included a bone marrow transplant, many have been wondering when would Good Morning America's popular co-host Robin Roberts would be returning to the show.

Finally there is now an answer. As revealed today in the Orlando Sentinel, Roberts,. who has been quite successfully recuperating, will return to GMA sometime in mid-2013 around May or June.

Though there were reports in other media sources that the network was trying to get Roberts to return to the show in February, according to an ABC spokeman, there was never a definite schedule for Roberts to return, but that she would return to the program only when she felt it was the right time for her: "We have never put a timetable on Robin's return to the show. We have always said that the decision will be made by her doctors when they feel it is the right time."

However Roberts has been feeling well enough and making great steady progress to make some public apprearances of late.

On Dec. 10 she welcomed some of the crew from GMA to her home for a Christmas celebration, footage of which was broadcast last week on the show and last Friday she was in attendance and was photograped at the wedding of GMA weatherman Sam Champion to his partner Rubem Robierb.
