Tiffany Boone has landed a role in an upcoming Netflix sci-fi pic! She’ll star with George Clooney in the untitled film based on the novel Good Morning, Midnight.

Clooney is also directing the film, based on Lily Brooks-Dalton’s post-apocalyptic novel. It follows the “parallel stories of Augustine (Clooney), a lonely scientist in the Arctic, and the Aether spacecraft trying to return home to Earth as Augustine races to make contact with the ship’s crew.”

David Oyelowo, Felicity Jones, Kyle Chandler and Caoilinn Springall also star.

Boone, who starred in the first two seasons of The Chi, has been on a roll recently with exciting new gigs. She’s starring in Jordan Peele’s Nazi-hunting drama, The Hunt at Amazon and also booked a key gig in Hulu’s Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington series, Little Fires Everywhere.
