The lineup has been announced for the 25th SXSW South by Southwest Conference and Festival. The festival runs from March 9 to March 18 in Austin, Texas.

Feature films are placed into 12 categories: Narrative Feature Competition, Documentary Feature Competition, Headliners, Narrative Spotlight, Documentary Spotlight, Visions, Midnighters, Episodic, 24 Beats Per Second, Global, Festival Favorites, and Special Events.

The selections include the feature directorial debut of Shadow and Act contributor Nijla Mu’min, starring Zoe Renee, Simone Missick and Kelvin Harrison, Jr, as well as First Match, starring Elvire Emanuelle, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Colman Domingo and Jharrel Jerome and Fast Color with Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Lorraine Toussaint and Saniyya Sidney
