As I wrote a few weeks ago, The Queen Latifah Show has being doing well enough in the ratings that it looked
very likely that it would be renewed for another year (HERE).

And just today, Sony
Pictures Entertainment announced that, indeed, the show has been officially renewed
for a second season.

Latifah’s show has been outrating all other new talk shows
which premiered this year, and the show has gotten clearance to be
broadcast on 97 % of all CBS
stations through 2015.

With Katie Couric’s
talk show already canceled, and Arsenio
Hall’s own show on life support, it looks like Queen Latifah’s show has
some pretty smooth sailing ahead
