a decade ago in 2005 with his film Why Men Cheat, Harris has continued to direct
and produce films in Chicago, and now L.A. as well, with 16 films to his credit
to date including most recent film the romantic comedy Black Coffee. And that’s
on top of creating and programming the Englewood Film Festival in Chicago.

is about to release, though Entertainment One, his latest film “My First Love”,
starring Pooch Hall and Gabrielle Dennis from BET’s The Game, and which is comedy about an once happily married couple who begin to face some serious
challenges. Namely in the husband’s obsessive
use of high tech communication devices which seemingly everyone is becoming more
addicted to every day.

I wanted to make this kind of movie is first based on my own experiences in
life. The world is quickly be sucked into our electronic devices that we’re
losing our connection with humanity. I pray this movie can inspire us all to
reconnect with the people we love and people we come in contact with every day”.
