Comedian Tiffany Haddish lived her biggest dream this week: meeting Oprah Winfrey.

It all began last December, when the comedian revealed on Ellen that she had cooked up a mastermind business plan to start a garden business with Oprah called "Tiff and O’s Vegetables."

Haddish is one step closer to that dream, because Ellen arranged for Oprah to surprised her on-air.

On a recent episode of the Ellen, Haddish chatted about the first time she met Oprah. The fateful meeting happened while the comedian was working as an extra on Their Eyes Are Watching God, an adaption of the Hurston novel that Oprah produced.

While on set, Oprah got a glimpse of Haddish, and told the young comedian to keep her updated on her career. Haddish took this seriously, and over the years wrote Oprah six letters and even reached out Gayle.

When Oprah surprised her on the show, Haddish instantly began crying and even hit a quick praise break.

She was so excited, she could barely speak for a few minutes, managing to tell Oprah, "I love you," through tears.

When Oprah asked Haddish how she was doing after she'd calmed down, the comedian said: "Good ain't nothing but opportunity in the world right now."

"I'm so proud of you," Oprah repeatedly said in the video. Haddish asked the mogul why she never answered her letters, and Oprah replied that she lost all six.

Haddish was a break-out star in 2017 for her role in the movie Girls Trip. Her 2018 is looking even brighter. She has signed a deal with Groupon and can be seen in several of their ads, and announced today on her Instagram that she will host MTV Movie & TV Awards coming in June.
