The 2017 Oscars was a rollercoaster of emotions. The fashion, the speeches, the jokes, all moments that will be talked about for weeks to come. The biggest moment was the mix up with the announcement of Best Picture originally going to La La Land when it was meant from Moonlight. Thankfully the mistake was handled immediately and the Moonlight cast and crew got their moment to shine.

Ask anybody and they'll tell you that this beautiful cast and crew won the popular vote of the award season, inspiring this year's Oscar hashtag #OscarsSoMoonLit. Here are our favorite moments of the cast and crew exuding #BlackBoyJoy and we can't get enough.

1. The Spirit Awards after party where Alex Hibbert & Jaden Piner tore up the dance flo' reminding the A-listers who they are.

2. When Calvin Klein proudly gushed over their newest spokesmodels. Look at 'em!

3. When they stepped onto the red carpet, already knowing this night was going to be legendary.

4. When the first award of the night went to Mahershala Ali, the first Muslim to ever win an Oscar.

5. When Barry Jenkins and Tarell Alvin McCraney did it for the culture after winning Best Adapted Screenplay.

6. When you thought you lost it all but realized the ancestors got your back.

7. At the end of the day, #BlackBoyJoy is real and deserves the spotlight.

Congratulations again, Moonlight! Well deserved. Due to all this magic, Black History Month will now be extended an additional two weeks.
