By now, Cosmopolitan and its writers should be used to getting dragged by Black Twitter. The publication was at it again this week, posting an article on why we shouldn’t eat Mac & Cheese.

Excuse me?

The author outlined 9 problems with the cheesy pasta delicacy, calling it “boring” and “mushy.” She even said it was a “slap in the face” to good cheese, and that homemade Mac & Cheese sucks.

What in the world!?

Twitter got ahold of the article as soon as it was published and the results were not good.

Needless to say, the author won’t be making friends on Black Twitter anytime soon.

Like myself, many people were ready to set it off.

Some thought that Cosmo’s take on mac & cheese was similar to most of their advice pieces.

…and it continued

Others thought the article was created by one of our non-melanated peers.

But even they were in disarray!

Maybe the author just didn’t have the right person cook their Mac and Cheese?

At the end of the day, if you ever get mad about a review you see about Lemonade or Views, just remember that someone called out Mac and Cheese on its good name.

When you mess with prized foods, you’ve messed with Black Twitter. Nice try, Cosmo and Delish.
