For the second time in weeks, an individual was caught on camera disrespecting another person in a McDonald's restaurant. This time, however, it wasn't a customer bullying an employee; it was an employee being cruel to a customer.
In a now-viral video, an unnamed male employee can be seen verbally assaulting a Black customer through the drive-through window of the McDonald's in Spring Hill, Florida, The Washington Post reports. The employee repeatedly calls the customer the N-word. As the employee and diner continue to bicker, a separate employee can be seen phoning the police.

"You just called me a n****r!" the customer repeatedly shouts at the beginning of the clip.
Seeming to be unbothered by the accusations, the associate continues his tirade, shouting, "I don't give a f**k, n****r!" before repeating his derogatory remarks.
The video closes with the employee screaming, "I will f**k you up!" over and over to the customer. The footage drew condemnation online, and many chastised the hamburger chain for allowing yet another confrontation to happen in one of its restaurants:

The owner of the McDonald's told The Post the gentleman who hurled the racial comments is no longer employed at his restaurant. The other employees in the video were not fired.
"This behavior goes against the values and standards that I expect from employees in my restaurants," franchise owner Javier Ilias said. "This employee displayed improper and unacceptable conduct and is no longer with the company."
The Black customer who recorded the incident on his phone was found by police to have done nothing wrong.
As Blavity previously reported, a white male in a St. Petersburg, Florida, McDonald's was charged with two accounts of battery after violently attacking a Black female employee two weeks ago because he wanted a straw. If found guilty, the 40-year-old man could serve up to a year in prison; he could also face probation and a $1,000 fine.
